I'm Mistaken as a "Likely Spammer" With Messages I'm Trying To Send

I have a user in my server who's new to Discord (so says his profile) and who has in no way infringed any rule in my community.. but he's being flagged and every message he sends is marked as a 'likely spammer'.
I contacted support and all I got was this t-shirt, saying "take a look at our privacy policy and community guidelines". It actually sounded so generic an answer that I thought "wow Discord support is most likely a spammer".

I have the same thing since rejoining discord short of two weeks ago. At first my account was disabled just a few minutes after joining, and it took a couple of days and a support ticket to reactivate it.
After that and rejoining the community I was previously a part of, after adding friends and buying nitro and all that, people still see my messages marked as "from likely spammer". Its infuriating. I submitted a ticket about this a few days ago but still no response. my friend sent me this to let me know what my messages looked like.

I am facing the same issue as well. I recently got back my account after it got hacked but people I know have been telling that my messages are being hid even though I am friends with them. Ngl its kinda annoying and I have made a ticket almost a week ago and there has been no response yet. Discord should honestly setup a support server considering how they make servers for events.

Same thing is happening to me. I made an account about two weeks ago and got marked as a "likely spammer" not long after. I was hoping it would go away after a while since I'm not spamming, but it makes the app impossible to use. :/ I submitted a support ticket a week ago but haven't had any reply yet.

Experiencing the same issue here as well. Submitted multiple tickets on the matter. Normally discord service is pretty quick on replies...

Same with me.I created an account about three weeks ago and after a few days my account was disabled. Contacting support was correct. Some time later I was marked as "likely spam". I send a message to friends, the messages are not displayed and it says you are a spammer. I was hoping it would disappear after a while because I do not spam, but it made it impossible to use the program.

Same, I am flagged as a likely spammer too. The story is, something crazy happened in discord vc so I started to spam W. Then after a few minutes a screen popped up saying "Somethings going on here", and I had to verify by phone. Everytime I tried, it said invalid phone number even though my phone number was valid. So I then contacted discord, and after a few days they responded saying I was caught in their bots filter, and that my suspension was lifted. Now I'm stuck with the likely spammer thing.

I wasn't 'flagged' yet but my account was hacked and was spamming discord invite links to strangers. Most of them were flagged.

Hi, I’ve recently sent multiple emails to the support team and considered heading to this support page for assistance. My account was flagged as a likely spammer about 3 weeks ago. I have not received any assistance to get it removed. I have been mistakenly marked as a likely spammer. Thanks.

I'm having this issue with a client. It's their first time using discord, they made a brand new account, it's getting flagged as a likely spammer and discord is not letting them talk in voice chat and it says that they're not allowed to use their mic. In discord they have the same permissions as all the other clients and everyone else's works fine. It's aggravating.
If discord plans to keep this feature they need a button or something that we can press to say "not a spammer".

It keeps happening to me too. One day, I'll get a message from someone in my clan letting me know my messages are showing up as spam, then like five minutes later, my account gets disabled and I have to request from Support to fix the issue. Which they do by just sending me a reset password email. Keep in mind, I use a password generator and 2FA with Microsoft Authenticator. There's absolutely no way my account has ever been hacked even once. But still, I am plagued with the issue. Shoot, even posting this message might get my account disabled again. And I just got back in less than an hour ago.

Im having the same problem and it has been iritatting me alot. I was sending messages one day when out of the blue i got a message from discord telling me that I broke a community guideline and can be banned if I do not follow the rules when I did nothing. When I started messaging again people we're telling me that I am flagged as a likely spammer and I got confused. Please help me i do not know how to solve this issue and I want my messages to go back to normal

Please make a way for server admins at the very least to mark messages as NOT SPAM. This is pretty ridiculous that we have zero control over it.

Can you turn this off? So it doesn't show? It's really annoying. I moderate a large server, and there's very commonly people like this. It's a pain when there's a lot of them, and I have to "open" their messages in order to see what they typed. This feature is SO useless. I want a way to disable it.

I second the idea that server admins must be able to turn this off, need be. It's becoming almost grotesque that nothing has been done to solve this.
No wonder lots of people are migrating to Guilded, instead.. but I 'cannot' do it at the moment.

It's been a month now and I've sent multiple support tickets with no help other than the auto-reply. Has anyone else managed to get it removed?

This feature was a poorly thought of, and poorly implemented fix to a bigger problem on our platform.
Discord is meant to be goofy and fun and this is a draconian feature that marks otherwise good users into "spammers" without addressing the actual issue, lumping everything as spam due to a paranoia of spam bots.
ALLOW USERS to TURN ON or TURN OFF this filtering function.

I have the same problem? What can we do? I am mod for several communities. What shoud we do to remove “likely spammer”?
