disabled/banned FAQ page on discord

Hi there, 
I would for discord to have a disabled/banned page on their site. 

as at the moment there is only reddit threads and threads on this forum but nothing actually from discord about what happens with these accounts, what happens to the nitro subscription connected to the account, if it's possible to get the account back etc. 

make more suggestions which you think would be realistic

    What they need to do is give proof of why they had to ban an account, and not just ban an account out of the blue in absence of any evidence or proof.

    Please have an actual human being respond to my emails instead of the generic response

    100% percent agree. 
    A live chat would be able to sort out issues so much easier than waiting weeks for a reply which will likely just be another bot response saying no.
    it doesn't help anyone and just makes me dislike discord more and more each day
