Server member appears multiple times

Various members on my server appear multiple times in the tree, in multiple roles. Problem resolves if I click on a different server then click back on my server. But problem recurs after several minutes . 

Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit v 19044.1415

  Well now I know it's not unique to me . . . . it just started the past week or so.

  I sent a support request to Discord a few days ago but only automated responses so far.

  Fulfilled to consider your to be as I would survey I have an unclear issue, I am likewise confused and requiring light on this not well characterized issue. Need help.

  It's getting worse by the day. The member tree is becoming useless. No response from Discord.
