    If they cannot even bother to READ emails sent to them, and default to giving template answers based on whether an account exists, or whether it was disabled, and have a bot answer like a human (Gaile), I can GUARANTEE they will never implement a live chat. That would entail they actually care, and is in fact capable of reading past the subject line of the message before rejecting it, and/or marking it solved.
