How hard is it to get a human to look at my appeal ticket? My account was disabled and ive sent a ticket a week ago and now i feel like time will run out. I dont want to lose all the memories, its a 5 year old account with messages from friends who have vanished from the internet. Why is support taking so long?

    Ive appealed, but if we have to expect delayed responses then why are accounts deleted after 14 weeks? What if no one replies in those 14 weeks and we miss our chance at reinstating an account?

    Please get someone to look at ticket (19526737), I need a human support worker

    If you haven't received any response, I assume they are investigating and the deletion might be postponed.

    "As we're currently in a holiday season, you will have to expect delayed responses I'm afraid." they sure have the resources to BAN people, but not the resources to mitigate false positives? It comes down to being LAZY. They want the bots to run it and just collect checks, and people just seem to go along with it (?)
