Ignore special characters in alphabetical sorting

I'm kinda tired of seeing people lifting their profiles in server lists by changing their names to "!", but I feel that making a fix only to the member list on the right side is not broad enough.

So I propose that in all alphanumeric sorting, special characters such as: !, @, $, and * be ignored, in favour of whatever the first occurrence of an actual letter is used.

I.E:
Names like: "!TylerBlevins" and "!@21TheBiggestWumpus69" would be grouped with names starting with T, instead of with !.
For names that only include special characters, they can be sent to the bottom, then sorted by order of special characters, like: 0123 ect, then !@# ect.
