Slowmode value rule for moderator

Hello,

Actually only role with "Manage Channels permission" can change OFF to 6h for slowmode.

Administrators don't like to give this rule to Moderator for fear of a mistake or bad intention because they can create, edit and delete channel. 

Can you add a rule so that moderators can only change the slowmode value?
