Add the ability to move roles up or down

Hello, The blind facing the problem that we cannot move roles up or down using screen reader.
Example:
i have discord server content roles i want to move some roles but i cannot do this using screen reader, i have to Hire a sighted person to complete this action. please fix this problem as soon as possible.
i suggest to add option in role context menu to move it up or down. thank you.
