Add an option for users to use nearest filtering

When you try to use one of your pixel arts which is really tiny (example 32x by 32x) as one of your PFP's it gets ruined by the bilinear filtering. It would be appreciated if there was an option to use nearest filtering instead.

  Try to scale the pixelart to 1600x1600 or similar, it will look less blurry
  Anyway, i think this option should be in discord
