Pin private conversation

I think it could be really could to be able to pin private conversations so that groups don't get above them and we could keep some always at the top of the list. Personnaly, I have a few conversations I need to keep at the top of my list but in which I don't speak so often so they get lower and lower in the list which can be annoying when I have to find them.

I think it has already been said multiple times but maybe with one more it could have more attention from the devs.
