I lost access to my old account

I lost access to my old account and I want to restore it, but I also lost access to the application from two-factor authentication and did not enable SMS confirmation, what should I do in this situation? But I linked my phone number to this account and I have access to email and backup email.

    If you didn't enable phone verification, didn't save your backup codes, and lost your 2fa access - there's nothing you can do but ask support to delete the account, they'll tell you the exact same thing

    Same with me. I have two discord accounts, one for school and one personal one, and yesterday morning my accounts worked well, but after 2 maybe 3 pm Discord threw me out of my accounts and wanted to verify my phone number which I have for both accounts. I did so and it said that my phone number was used on a different device which is the device that has my discord accounts. I don't know if it was a permanent ban (i did nothing wrong btw) or an ip ban. I don't think it is a permanent ban because it would say *username*#0000 but it doesn't. Discord wanted me to verify my phone number because they felt it was a suspicious ip address and phone number, but it's not suspicious because it's mine. Either way I cannot use my accounts anymore, and either way I cannot use my accounts before verifying my number which doesn't work. I used my mom's phone and it worked. So when I went to change the phone number on my account it kicked me out again and did the same old phone verification all over again. This is certainly annoying and I don't I am going to use discord any longer until they fix the issue. I'll be messaging on xbox from now on.
