Why are the subscription plans so confusing for Nitro?
So I wish this post would just be sent straight to the people in charge of discord, but I guess I'll just vent this way about my confusion with Nitro. I get the idea in the most simplest of terms ...pay a monthly amount and get extra features for your discord server.
What is confusing the ever loving crap out of me is clicking to buy the service to see a list like this....."Friends (2 boosts) .... 9.98 / mo, Groups (7 boosts)... 34.93 / mo.....Communities (14 boosts) 69.86 / moth"..etc.
My mind as a lay person is "Wait .. What?"....
There's no way you can just make this simple Discord.... "Basic plan -- it costs this much..you get this...Premium plan -- it costs this much you get this......DONE!".
WTF are you talking about - what the hell is a boost and why do I care if I have 2 boosts or 7 or 14? What is the classification for Groups, Friends, Communities?
As a business you want to explain things for your most casual users, not the hard core users who will find out what everything means because that crowd doesn't care about spending time researching and learning, and the heaviest users are likely earning a living as a content creator so using discord is part of their "job" more or less. Your casual customers just want to use the product - they want "oh I get that for that...BAM done" (moving on with their day)...
Thanks.
