Discord's punishment system needs to be improved

Heya. So, lads, here's the thing: Discord's punishment system is very mean and very barebones in comparison to forums. It got nothing of the charm that the forums have. No warning points, no temporary bans, no reasoning on the go for the banned users (forcing to DM a staff member since the message on the popup that doesn't let these users join is very generic - "This invite is not valid" or "This user is banned from this guild". My idea is to actually introduce warning points that the users with significant privilegies can apply to the rule breakers, introduce temporary bans WITHOUT usage of the bots and introduce reasoning on the go, removing the need to DM a server staff member and flip a coin while being polite.
