Change the account verification system

the account verification system here is really frustrating, you can only verify with your phone number, and you can only use ur phone number on one account, make it so that you can verify with both gmail or phone number by choice, cuz this “this phone number was recently user on another account” problem is really annoying i dont even know how long you have to wait just to be able to log in your account, just make it so that you can verify by either email or phone number when the “something is going on here” problem pops up
