Assign Text Channels to Voice Channels
So the new Text-in-Voice feature recently came around and so far it's very impressive and useful. However, I believe it can be improved because of the problem that came from it: Text channels made for communicating with others in the Voice channels will be deleted/hidden in favor of the new feature. Many people appreciate this feature but do not want to make that sacrifice, especially when someone may need to look back for a specific message that would be locked away.
This can be solved by reworking the feature to allow us to assign specific Text channels to Voice channels and have them act as how the original feature works, by letting us see the text chat next to the Voice chat screen.
Here's how I imagined it would look:
(If the image doesn't show, Text channel would show up below the Voice channel similar to how a thread looks)

I agree with CaikSlyce. I believe it would also be more universal/compatible and configurable to allow staff to 'enable voice' on a text channel, instead of a voice channel with text. This way it preserves text history and allows you to not only simply toggle voice when needed, but automate it as well. In many servers I have been in, voice channels are more temporary than text channels.
This also exacerbates the need for a feature to merge channel texts, if it remains as it is.
TLDR: Make it so you can turn on voice capability on text channels instead of enabling text on voice channels.

Currently my main issue with the text channels in voice is the lack of threading options, which is highly useful for running events. The ability to give voice capability to a text channel like Xoza suggested would resolve this issue along with not making us lose our history associated with an existing text channel.
