Removing Group Members Without Notifying Group
When leaving a group you're able to choose if it sends a message to the group. You should get the same option when removing members. Incase you want to silently remove someone from the group without notifying other members with a notification. Otherwise what was the point in changing the removed from group message to be the same as someone leaving the group.

I too would like a feature like this. I know I am two years late, but it seems ridiculous that such a simple feature has not been added when something already similar exists for it “leave group without notifying”. I would like something similar, but for “removing” group members silently. Maybe you don't want to start some grudge match inside a group? Would easily solve that problem.
