Collab messages

It would be really good to have a message collab option. It'd be really helpful when you have public servers and need some of the server messages edited like the server rules for example and you could edit another staff's members message and update the rules instead of waiting for them to get back online to update them. And rather then having the edited message at the bottom it could have message updated by (the member that edited the original message)
