Password reset for IPhone app Disaster - Does not work

So many issues trying to reset a password\! i have anxiety over this.

I email through to receive assistance with generic details as a response. As my emails, I use the App discord via iPhone only. When i attempt the reset password via the app it doesn't register. When i reset via the link provided by discord in my phone emails to the web, its a black screen only. 

I enable cookies without a difference.

I ended up having to forward the email reset to my work email to try complete. Which all it did was give me a new account. So as a result i dont have access to my the account i was trying to reset my password to!

How can it allow me to sign up an account with an email address that was already used?
