Server Search Improvements

Hi there Discordians!

I was hoping for a better improvement for the search function in server. I would like, when in a server, the ability to search the number of reactions in a channel by reaction emoji and number emoji quantity. This would be particularly useful in servers that utilize the Star Suggestions function. While when the admins specify the numbers of required stars to have in order for the bot to send to a #star-suggestions channel to basically highlight the largest number of supports, for those that aren't staff, I'd like to be able to search which comment/message/photo was the most popular. It wouldn't require the ability to see other's channels or anything but like for example:

has:reaction ⭐

has:reaction ⭐ min:50

This would pull up messages in the server that have that many ⭐'s and wouldn't require access to an admin/mod perm to view a specific channel.
