[Feature Request] Add an audio boost/amplify slider

There's lots of instances where someone is streaming and they can't increase their application's audio without it being too loud for them, and then in order to be able to hear the stream every one else has to individually select each person in the voice chat and turn them down so they can hear the stream. Having a way to just further boost the stream audio on the listener's end would be a lot easier and more elegant.

There's also instances where some people are either talking quietly, having mic problems, or both, where it would be nice to have an overdrive/boost/amplify on their audio on the listener's end so that even if the audio quality is degraded, we can still at least communicate so we can help them fix things on their end.

I found one existing feedback thread that's only kind of related. It's another issue that could be solved with this.
