Allow server list location change.

As it currently stands there's no way to move the server list away from the bar on the left. Please make it so that in settings -> appearance, we can manually select where we want the server list to be (left, top, right, bottom). this way it'd be down to the end user's preference where they want their server list to go (personally I'd prefer if it was at the top rather than on the left, for example).
