Additional Admin & Mod Abilities - Editing member's messages & locking specific comments

Since the forum function is now official, it would be cool if Admin & Mods have these features added:

1) The ability for Admin or Mod (when given permission) to edit members' messages. Unfortunately, not everybody follows the rules that have been implemented. Instead of 'warning' them all the time or having to kick them out, simply editing their comment and informing them would be a better option.

**If abuse is a concern, the Admins are the ones who take care of that responsibility to whom they authorize this function to. Rather than worry about the ones with this ability for being abusive, we should worry about the ones without the ability for being abusive thus this function is needed in an Admin/Mod arsenal. Automod can't perform this, it has to be done manually.

2) The ability to 'lock' a certain comment would be cool. (As seen in forums such as Proboards etc., how you can lock that thread when it gets out of hand) I think having the Admins or Mods be able to lock comments can save time and manpower when it comes to moderating.

3) Color fonts? Could this be done? It can come in handy when you need to describe certain types of things or rules. A few colors would do.

Since the forum function has been released, this function that I am suggesting will definitely be handy for moderating. I hope Discord will consider this.
