Wizard Like/ Questionnaire Text Channels

The feature (Admin creates channel):
It would be nice to have the ability to create a text channel (questionnaire channel) as an administrator passing a json (or a ui filling a form) allowing to create something like a questionnaire.

e.g.

questions: [{
"answerKeyName","question","tooltip"
}]}

Scenario user wants to post:
So now if a user wants to post something in this text channel the user needs to answer the questions. After the user is done answering, the answers are printed as a bulletpoints consisting of "answerKeyName" and "answer" pairs. With a "predefinedTtext" in front.

Scenario user wants to reply:

This is only possible via a #thread in this kind of text channels to organize the channel better!

Why this would help communities and server administrators:
There are many discord servers that have communities that also have feedback channels or channels where they can create things and share it to start discussions. But it is not easy for server administrators to make this process simpler and less chaotic. Threads might not be used others use reply flooding the channel with noise. Maybe several people post something in a very short amount of time then the chaos begins.
