How to hide account join date?

Recently it appears that a feature was added that publicly shows how old your account is and when you joined the subsequent server that you view it in. It's fine if you want to show that info, but I feel it is information that I do not want to hand out to just anybody. So far I have not found a way to remove it from view.  I am begging Discord, please make it something that is optional. There is no need for it to be an enforced thing.
