User losing view channel permission will not remove channel from cache

When a user loses access to a channel (view_channel permission set to false), that said channel, if it was cached in the last few minutes won't be instantly removed from cache, so if they get access again to the channel ( view_channel permission set to true) it won't show all the messages in the time frame they lost access to the channel, unless they reload discord. All of this happens even if they have read_message_history set to true. I'd would suggest, once a user loses access to a channel, make discord app remove the channel from cache, in order to fix this issue
