Crisis Text Line is a not-for-profit organization that provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention in English and in Spanish. Since its launch in 2013, Crisis Text Line has trained over 55,000 volunteers and engaged in more than 7.5 million crisis conversations.
Supporting Crisis Text Line’s service through donations keeps the service free and helps a texter in need reach a trained volunteer Crisis Counselor. Investing in Crisis Text Line will also expand our additional programs that support research, workforce development, and higher education collaborations to address the largest systematic issues contributing to the current mental health crisis.
Mental Health support continues to be a focus for us here at Discord and we chose Crisis Text Line as a partner this year as part of our core belief to ensure Discord is a safe, inclusive place where everyone can find belonging. We had already established a wonderful partnership with them earlier this year that offers support in various regions in both English and Spanish - which made them a great choice for us to continue supporting the important work they are doing.

Can I Donate To Crisis Text Line As Well?
Yes! You can also donate to Crisis Text Line (CTL) through our Snowsgiving store page as well. Your donation will go to support CTL, minus payment processing fees. Thank you for any donations you make!
How Will This Work?
You will be able to purchase this exclusive Snowsgiving merch at the Snowsgiving collection page. Snowsgiving merch is available to purchase globally, except in regions prohibited by the US government or blocked by our payment processing partners.
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Items currently in stock will ship immediately, while pre-order items will ship at the estimated time listed. There will be no refunds on any Snowsgiving merchandise. All of Discord’s profits from Snowsgiving merch will be going to Crisis Text Line. Exact per item donation amounts will be specified in your shopping cart during checkout in the merch store. How To Receive Support For Your Order
To submit a return/exchange request or check your eligibility with the DOTEXE team, visit our Contact page or follow these steps below.
1. Start by contacting DOTEXE customer service department via email: contact@dotexe.com. In your email, please include a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.
2. Once all the information has been included, the DOTEXE team will be happy to assist and provide you with details on whether an order is eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instructions on how to return/exchange an item.
