Chat Reply Shortcut

Perhaps Ctrl + Alt / (Some other prefix keys) and the up arrows could quick-switch your current contents of the message box as replies to the most recent messages? As in Up begins at message[-1], message[-2], message[-n], etc? Feel like that would be a nice QoL change :)
