Channel menus for message templates

I think it would be great if we could add custom menu items for channels allowing users to automatically type in templated messages. These could be commands that interact with bots or templates for things such as moderator applications that server admins may want to encourage the use of in certain channels.

That could mean giving the option to toggle for each item whether clicking it will auto send a message such as "/profile", "!profile" or "profile" to interact with a bot, or paste a template into your message editor for you to edit and send manually.

The best place I can think of for this would be in the top bar of the channel. It could be a single button that expands to show all of the channel menu items you've set up here.

Another possibility is it could be a click event for the '#' next to the channel name such as in the image below using PokeMeow as an example.

The existing UI for the server dropdown could be used for this menu, and it would be great to be able to add dividers and choose icons and colours for the menu items.
