Text channel tag linking to wrong channel.

We have two text channels with the same name, but under different subheaders: A:#channel B:#channel When trying to tag #channel, a menu pops up showing me both A:# and B:#. However, when I select B:# from the list, the generated link points to A:#. This has been 100% repeatable for me, but not for others in the server.
