Permissions and mentioning a Post / Forum Channels

Apologies in advance for my English which is not great.

I’ve some issues about the Forum Channels and their posts:

- Permissions cannot be managed separately in the forums: all posts have the same permissions, impossible to do a Post where members cannot write if they can write in the other posts of the forum.

This is a problem for me, because if I would like to create one or two posts per forum where members cannot write, for example the rules for other posts and a survey, as well as an informative post about the section concerned by the forum.

Example: a chat name forum

-> an informative post about LOOF letters where members should not write.

-> a post where members can share their first name ideas

-> several posts per alphabetical letter where members should not write (except moderation).

- Next issue : if we mentioning a Post, those who are not "subscribers" see "#salon deleted" or "#unknown" instead of the name of the post.

- If we change the name of a Post, this will be wrote in the channel and we can’t delete the message « the name of the channel would be changed in …».

Would it be possible to solve this?
