Channel Icons

Adley

A great way to describe a channel is to have Icons which can be chosen from an Icon Library.

Server Owners can also use their own custom icons by reaching Boost Level 1
They can also use GIF/Animated Icons by reaching Level 2

Please note that this will replace the # before channel channel.

Thoughts?

    To be honest, I think that it would be a good idea to allow emojis to be channel icons instead of raw photos. Maybe the level 1 boost could be custom emojis and level 2 could be animated emojis.
