Community driven report systems.
If people are breaking community rules in a discord community, there should be a way to right click on their name and submit a report, Discord will then send a message to roles that have this feature enabled within that discord with a custom set duration of previous chat log (such as a 5 minute chat history leading up to the report) and any additional information the reporter wishes to provide.
I have not seen a feature like this anywhere on small or large discord servers.

There are quite a few bots supporting this (i.e. carl with +report)
But maybe this feature comes soon~
