Allow ability to adjust individual Notification Sounds

We can turn off/on Notification sounds, but please allow us to adjust the volume of them. For some reason for me, the join volume is insanely high, and it's either I turn it on, or let it destroy my ears. Some are too quiet, some are too loud. This is the general issue im having.
