Go live notification on overlay, PLEASE allow us to disable it without disabling all the notifications.

I get this notification every 3 minutes, it brings my framerate down a few frames (not much but it still is) I'm not even in a vc, non of my friends are online, just give a setting button to disable it.

    Please, for the love of god this. There's no reason for someone who has never "gone live" to be forced to dismiss a popup every 30 seconds asking if they really truly don't want to stream.
