Discord Trust and Safety is a complete Joke!

I am writing here on behalf of many Users who have reported several Issues including Criminal Acts by contacting Discord Trust and Safety Staff. Most of the Tickets are unresolved and if they have the status "Resolved", that happened automatically right after a Bot answers with an automatic reply regardless of the topic with the words "actions taken cannot be published here". However no actions are taken! Criminals are making literally fun of Discord, they are unstoppable, while innocent Users are getting rid of Discord after one, maximum two Bans of their account due to false accusations. Even if you ignore the "bad" people, how are you going to use Discord App if anybody could accuse you for anything and you could get disabled for an invalid reason since you are never finding out why you have really been banned. Do not spend money into this App, and do not spent time into that App as well. It will get wasted. To be honest Discord offers nice Chat Features, but the above mentioned points are for many a reason to leave Discord. There are many Apps much more advanced regarding Policy Protection and Execution. The TOS here is just made to save Discord and literally give a f##k on its members.
