Numbered/Ordered Lists - Allow starting past 50

Currently in Discord you can't start a numbered list with a number higher than 50.

For instance, if you do something like:

51. Item 51

52. Item 52

53. Item 53

You end up with:

50. Item 51

51. Item 52

52. Item 53

Ideally this would be increased to allow any number - or at the very least go up to 4 digits (which seems to be the case in certain other places). 

Note: This can currently be worked around by escaping the numbered list, similar to 

51\. Item 51

52\. Item 52

however this also means your text won't be indented like normal ordered lists.
