I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT

my account has been disable, but i didnt make anything wrong. I was talking with my guys and boom, my account literaly was warned because im below 13, no man, im 16, and i NEVER said im below thirteen. I dont why this happened to me, i just want to talk to my friends again, please, enable my account again
