Reintroduction of locked channel streaming functionality

until recently, you could lock a channel, or even hide it, move a user to this channel and still let them stream.
This could be used for whitelisting on Servers, private Support, and much more usecases.
Thus I would like to ask for a reintroduction of said feature, even if its on an optional level that needs to be activated via permissions
