Voice Channel Status Permissions - Beta Feature

Please decouple the permission to set voice channel status from the permission to send messages. I would like to only allow mods to change the voice channel status, but still allow normal users to use the voice channel text chat. 

Alternatively, please give mods a way to view who changed the voice channel status to what.

    Agreed. as soon as this feature popped up in my server I went to turn it off, very frustrating to not be able to.

    Please set this as high priority. It's already causing chaos in servers with how limited the permissions settings. We tried disabling it completely for all roles but it's still is enabled for random users.

    This feature has been nothing but trouble thus far. There is no real means to prevent users from issuing a custom status and all I can do is warn them about doing so. Fix this.
