Discord Support is completely dreadful
My account @fent was falsely disabled as I have jokingly claimed that I am under the age of 13. I have sent a support ticket a week ago providing all proof needed, followed by another email but to no avail. It's been a week and I have gotten no sort of response. I'm afraid that it will end up being permanently deleted by the time support even decides to take any sort of action.
The moderation system is so bad to begin with. People may simply be joking around, you guys don't have to instantly disable someone for claiming that they're under 13. If you do, at least bother replying to your users' emails & handle the issue properly rather than taking ages. I have tried to contact them via Twitter as well. I hope I can get this issue solved, before it is too late. I'd lose a lot of stuff I don't have access to on any other account.
Also not to mention I spent plenty of money on this platform. The account is also from 2016, with a rare handle and they don't even bother lifting a finger. LAME

i am even get disabled because people wanted to “joke” like i am underage but i am 13 (the minimal age for discord) and i think people who made that joke are crazy because like my friend got disabled too (but hes now enabled)
