How do i report someone for NSFW profile pic / avatar

hey, how can i report someone that is currently using NSFW profile picture / avatar on discord? it's straight up pornographic content!!, not only that but the user is also -18 in a environment that has a lot of other minors as well... 
i already sent multiple tickets asking for help on discord support website and they told me to ''report his messages'', already have done that multiple times in all my accounts. i haven't found anywhere on what i should do in order to report his profile for NSFW content, it's been weeks by now, discord support did nothing. i know this is jsut a forum but i still had some hope that i could get more information on how to report stuff like this since this is clearly against discord Tos 

discord should add report system to report other users…
