Is anyone else being asked to confirm that you're not a robot every time you try to log in?

Starting today, I have been asked to confirm that I'm not a robot every time I try to log in, on both desktop and mobile. I have tried everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling Discord, to adding a phone number, to adding 2FA, and nothing helped. And the CAPTCHA is broken, as I get “Please try again”. Is anyone else experiencing this?
