Information fields / checkboxes not appearing when submitting a ticket, resulting in my ticket being automatically set to solved
My account got disabled because I was in a server that got mass reported by bots, I went to support to submit a ticket about the issue but then after checking the ticket a few hours later I found out that it was set to “solved” with no comment made by the reviewer.
After checking the ticket a little more thoroughly I noticed these:

I swear I was never given any prompt to input this information when I was making my ticket, if I did then I would've done it. I've resorted to just adding the information to the ticket's description in hopes that whoever reads it will automatically fill them out for me.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
