i couldnt agree more ive been waiting for nover a week now for anyone to help me get my account back from a hacker, dispite discord saying they can just revert everything back

I've been waiting since September for them to at least reply to me, so far nothing.

Well I submitted my ticket for my account getting stolen 4 days ago and haven't heard a word back ever since they ‘transferred me to the Trust and Safety Team" Which I can only assume at this point is what they decided to name the limbo void garbage can where they keep requests they’ll never look at again. From looking at other posts on this forum I've come to the conclusion I'm probably never getting my account back and wonder if it would be faster for me to get people that have me added to report and get my account banned and hopefully deleted so I can make a new account after to get my name back.

It has been 2 months now and only now do I get a reply that they could do anything, it is seriously getting on my nerves, Only if the support of the Discord application could be better, it wouldn't have happened… I'm very disappointed at how Discord Support handles everything… An account that I have had since 2016, has been lost so basically I have lost a lot of friends and memories with the account so, in my eyes, there is literally no point in using Discord anymore because if it happened again it would be all the same…

Lmfao if this is discord trying I wanna see underperforming I'm not trying to be rude but the support just doesn't exist it's always like they just made a support section but never use it for support purposes
