No Access to Account (for no reason) & No Customer Service (despite advertising that it's simple & easy to get in touch)

Hi, 

I recently signed up for Discord, excited to connect with people, and use it for University, Sports Discords, and Sports Gaming Discords.

Immediately after signing up I went to log in for the first time, and it said account banned. Then I received an email 2 minutes later saying my account was banned, giving me a list of reasons why my account might have been be banned. None were true, or possible, as I had literally just signed up!

I thought, okay, this must be a mistake that can be fixed easily. Let's contact customer service via Discord Website and Discord Support on Twitter (which I also just signed up for).

Aside from an automated email response with a Ticket Number that says the Discord Team is looking into it and will get back to you, I've heard nothing! And, despite the Discord Support being available on Twitter, I've heard nothing!

I since signed up again using a different email and password. I was able to gain access to this website, but again, not the app. This time it said my account details were invalid, or disabled. It just doesn't make sense.

It feels like Discord doesn't care, that you're just another number, or they just assume that if the system says you've been banned, it must be for a legitimate reason, and that you must be just making up a story to get access again. Again, this is not true.

My Discord experience has very quickly gone from ‘excited to be a part of it', to frustration, and on principle, just leaves me with a bad feeling that I can't trust it. And until I hear back from Discord, this is the experience I'll be sharing with people at University, Sports events, and in Sports Gaming communities.
