discord keeping solving my tickets without even seeing them

Hello,so like i said in the title,discord is ignoring me , i have a really bad situation,my account has been disabled for being underage , but that's not the even the bad part,this is the 2nd time my account gets disabled , first time it got disabled for the same reason, i verified my age , they unlocked my account , and now my account is disabled again for the same reason , i waited 8 days for a response,after that i made another one ticket,just to be solved in 20 minutes without even getting a response,please discord if ur seeing this reply to my ticket with this id : #40757572 .

Respond me as soon as possible , i don't want my account to be deleted just because i'm not getting a response, i even have a server with 350 members . Have a nice day!
