Report System is broken

Hello there. I'm here to report the new report user system, that's now inside the client instead of reporting with the old "Trust & Safety" ticket.
The mechanic is broken, it's only available to report users messages, that's a big problem, because before users were able to report calls with recordings, without having to have the user added as a friend.
Furthermore, the offender can delete the message, which completely invalidates the system.
I ask that you investigate this system, and as a suggestion, introduce a reporting tab within the application itself, similar to the old "Trust & Safety" function, where complainants can send prints and recording files as evidence.
I report this problem urgently, as I am a recognized moderator and such flaws on the platform are unacceptable.
