Discord disabled account for chargeback, I gave them the money and haven't gotten account back?
I've been reading about how bad the support it on here, and I know I haven't been waiting as long as other people, but my discord account of 3 years got disabled due to a mistaken chargeback! I accidently canceled it with my bank because I thought I didn't buy it. The disable was reasonable and I understand, so I reversed the charge with my bank like the email asked me to do and the $100 went through to discord, but it seems like discord just took the money and hasn't re-enabled my account? I was wondering if anyone has advice on what to do about this. I did send a ticket confirming about the chargeback (my bank said that discord contacted them about the issue while I was reversing the charge) and no response, it has been over 48 hours. I only sent one ticket, I never spammed their inbox. I just don't know what to do and I'm stressing really bad as I'm starting to think not only did discord take my account but I gave them 100 bucks for nothing.

Sadly discord takes awhile to respond but you have 30 days before your account is deleted I believe. It should be okay

Ah, I hope they respond and re-enable my account. From what I've been seeing it seems that the trust and safety team isn't doing anything? Though I did what discord wanted and gave them the money, so I have hope that somehow they will re-enable my account.

Trust and safety is really backed up but you could also dm them on Twitter support
