メンション表示(文字色がかわる)で表示されてしまう

ロール設定で「このロールに対してメンションを許可する」をOFF。

チャンネルの権限設定から設定対象ロールの「すべてのロールにメンション」をOFF。

の状態で、OFFが有効になっているメンバー(メンションできないメンバー)がチャット覧にて @ロール名称 ＋ スペース でメンション表示(文字の色がかわる)されるのは仕様でしょうか??(通知(赤バッジ)は表示されませんのでメンションにはなっていませんが)
