Message bookmark to reread unread messages

Something I've found myself doing a lot recently is finding (a) keyword(s) from my oldest unread message, searching it, then jumping down to the bottom of the message history simply to save what my oldest unread message was, chat in the server and read the most recent messages, then find the result in my search history and jump back to that message, so I can later read the unread message that I missed (I hope that made sense). Sometimes though, I search lots of things and the keyword I used is no longer in my search history, causing me to have to figure out what messages I had and hadn't read.

While I know Discord created summaries using AI, nothing beats reading the messages themselves. That is just one reason why I think Discord should add a message bookmark feature.

    I think the same thing about this feature, the bookmark would help me a lot to return where I have to check for replies or activity. My idea is to add Add bookmark option to message context menu to highlight the comment for a certain time or until disabled manually to let the user remember that position. A small bookmark icon will appear both on the channel and its server icon where the marked comment is. Optionally, the bookmark could have a count of bookmarks amount, have a different appearance, size and color chosen by the user.
